About the job
Provides litigation technology and eDiscovery support, including advising on ESI handling, monitoring legal and technology developments, and testing and improving FBI discovery processes.
What you'll do
- Advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for litigation and other inquiries; monitor legal holds and departing custodians.
- Monitor relevant legal changes and industry technology, and assess whether proposed solutions meet requirements and deliver needed capabilities.
- Test system upgrades and patches, and create or update standard operating procedures.
