About the job
Provides technical eDiscovery support for civil and criminal matters, including collecting and processing ESI, administering review platforms, and supporting legal teams with discovery and production.
What you'll do
- Identify, preserve, collect, process, analyze, and produce ESI for litigation, FOIA requests, congressional requests, and other inquiries.
- Administer eDiscovery platforms and manage case data, user access, data quality, Bates numbering, and production load files.
- Develop and document discovery plans, coordinate collection results, facilitate legal holds, and provide training and technical support.
