About the job
Provides technical eDiscovery support for civil and criminal litigation and related government requests, from ESI collection and processing through review-platform administration and production.
What you'll do
- Identify, preserve, collect, process, analyze, and produce ESI; develop and document case discovery plans.
- Administer the eDiscovery review platform, including data management, access rights, quality checks, Bates numbering, and load-file creation.
- Coordinate discovery collections and provide technical guidance, training, and legal-hold support to attorneys and other users.
