About the job
Provides technical eDiscovery support for government legal matters, including collecting and processing electronically stored information (ESI), managing discovery platforms, and supporting litigation teams.
What you'll do
- Identify, preserve, collect, process, analyze, and produce ESI for civil and criminal matters, FOIA requests, Congressional requests, and other inquiries.
- Administer eDiscovery review platforms, manage data and access, identify data gaps, and ensure production quality.
- Develop and document discovery plans and procedures, coordinate with litigation teams, and provide training and user support.
