About the job
Supports civil and criminal litigation and other government inquiries by managing ESI discovery, collections, review-platform administration, and technical guidance.
What you'll do
- Identify, preserve, collect, process, analyze, and produce ESI; support criminal discovery and other legal requests.
- Develop and document discovery plans, manage discovery-platform data and production quality, and coordinate results with FBI units.
- Provide training and technical assistance, advise on eDiscovery procedures, and facilitate legal holds.
