About the job
Handles incoming legal productions for a federal agency, checking, documenting, virus-scanning, analyzing, and preparing data and documents for loading into Relativity.
What you'll do
- Log and describe productions; monitor incoming productions through email and FTP.
- Virus-scan productions, follow handling protocols, and transfer clean files to the agency network.
- Assess production completeness and processing needs; scan and OCR small paper collections or coordinate off-site scanning.
