Provides expert Relativity support for government litigation matters, including advanced searches, software troubleshooting, release testing, workflow development, training, and user advocacy.
What you'll do
- Support attorneys, investigators, and litigation support staff with Relativity; resolve user and software-specific issues.
- Perform specialized data culling and identification using complex searches and custom indices for litigation matters.
- Test software releases and establish templates, views, scripts, and workflows; conduct demos, training, and create documentation.
