About the job
Provides expert Relativity support for government eDiscovery matters, including troubleshooting, data analysis, software-release testing, workflow development, demonstrations, and training.
What you'll do
- Advise attorneys, investigators, and litigation support staff; troubleshoot Relativity issues with internal support teams and Relativity staff.
- Perform specialized data culling and identification, and establish templates, views, scripts, and workflows across workspaces.
- Test software releases, track Relativity updates and advocate for requested features; deliver demonstrations, training, and user documentation.
