About the job
Designs and oversees IT systems for a federal agency, including Relativity workflows, technical support, documentation, and training.
What you'll do
- Consult with government stakeholders to determine system requirements, design solutions, and evaluate systems.
- Develop and manage workflows for archiving and deleting materials under applicable policies; prepare technical documentation and training.
- Direct technical work and personnel, monitor task-order progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements.
What they ask for
- Significant Relativity experience, including creating ARMs (Archive/Restore/Move), and ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Usually at least five years of hands-on experience successfully working on the systems being used.
- Broad knowledge of government IT environments, including office automation networks and PC- and server-based databases and applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Litigation support environment experience is extremely helpful.
- Supervisory experience is very strongly preferred; Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Infrastructure Specialist certification is strongly preferred.
Pay
