About the job
Designs and oversees IT systems for a federal agency, including Relativity archive workflows, technical delivery, documentation, and user training.
What you'll do
- Gather and define system requirements with government stakeholders, then design and evaluate systems to meet them.
- Develop and document Relativity archive, restore, and move workflows in accordance with applicable records policies.
- Lead technical staff and oversee task-order work, reporting, quality, schedules, documentation, and user training.
