About the job
Provides consultative, analytical, and documentation support for a federal agency initiative, including technical, user, and administrator documentation.
What you'll do
- Draft technical documentation for IT projects and work with stakeholders to establish technical processes and procedures.
- Document projects through the SDLC and provide status reports on ongoing projects and documentation efforts.
- Assist with user- and administrator-level documentation.
