About the job
Leads user research and end-to-end UX/UI design for federal agency websites and applications, including evaluating existing systems and delivering responsive, accessible designs.
What you'll do
- Lead UX research, analysis, and evaluation of existing systems; develop recommendations and usable design solutions.
- Plan and manage design and implementation across multiple sites and applications; collaborate with engineers and federal clients.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, site maps, high-fidelity mockups, and scalable design resources; mentor junior designers.
