About the job
Leads user research and end-to-end UX/UI design for web and mobile applications supporting a large federal agency.
What you'll do
- Lead UX research, analysis, and design across multiple websites and applications, including evaluating existing systems and recommending improvements.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, site maps, and high-fidelity UI designs; develop scalable design resources and maintain customer feedback loops.
- Collaborate with federal engineers and clients, and mentor junior designers.
