Leads user research and end-to-end UX/UI design for federal agency websites and applications, coordinating with engineers and clients to deliver usable, accessible solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead UX research, analysis, and evaluation of existing systems to guide design recommendations.
- Plan and deliver designs for multiple websites and applications, from wireframes through high-fidelity mockups.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, site maps, and scalable design resources; collaborate with federal engineers and clients.
