About the job
Develop and maintain ServiceNow functionality, including HR service requests and workflows, for a federal agency support initiative.
What you'll do
- Gather requirements and build core ServiceNow functionality, including HR service requests and fulfillment applications.
- Refactor customizations during major ServiceNow updates and support configuration, change, and release management.
- Collaborate in an Agile development environment and create tests and test data.
