About the job
Develop and maintain ServiceNow functionality, including HR service requests and employee-facing applications, for a federal agency support initiative.
What you'll do
- Build and configure ServiceNow functionality, HR service requests, and applications supporting HR fulfillment.
- Refactor customizations during major ServiceNow updates; configure and support change and release management.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment, gather requirements, and create tests and test data.
