About the job
Develop and maintain ServiceNow functionality, especially HR service requests and fulfillment workflows, for a federal agency support initiative.
What you'll do
- Build ServiceNow applications and HR service request workflows; support discovery and requirements gathering.
- Refactor customizations during major ServiceNow updates and configure backend functionality, tests, and test data.
- Support configuration, change, and release management while collaborating in an Agile environment.
