About the job
Develop and maintain ServiceNow HR service request applications and workflows while supporting configuration, testing, releases, and platform updates for a federal agency.
What you'll do
- Build ServiceNow functionality and HR service request applications, including HR fulfillment processes.
- Refactor customizations during major ServiceNow updates; configure, test, and support change and release management.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts in an Agile environment and support requirements gathering.
