About the job
Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and HR service workflows for a federal agency, supporting requirements gathering, testing, releases, and platform updates.
What you'll do
- Build ServiceNow HR service requests and applications for employee requests and HR fulfillment.
- Create tests and test data, maintain configurations, and refactor customizations during major ServiceNow updates.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts in an Agile environment; support change and release management.
