Develop and maintain ServiceNow functionality and HR service request applications for a federal agency support initiative.
What you'll do
- Build core ServiceNow functionality and HR service request and fulfillment applications.
- Refactor customizations during major ServiceNow updates; configure, change, and release work.
- Collaborate in an Agile team, gather requirements, and create tests and test data.
