About the job
Develop and maintain ServiceNow functionality, including HR service requests and fulfillment applications, for a federal agency support initiative.
What you'll do
- Build ServiceNow features and employee HR service-request applications; gather requirements and support discovery.
- Refactor customizations for major ServiceNow updates, configure tests and test data, and support change and release management.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts in an Agile environment and ensure work products are accurate and complete.
