About the job
Develop and support ServiceNow functionality, including HR service requests and fulfillment applications, for a Federal agency initiative.
What you'll do
- Gather requirements, build core ServiceNow functionality, and develop HR service request and fulfillment applications.
- Refactor customizations during major ServiceNow updates; configure, test, and support change and release management.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts in an Agile environment and maintain accurate work products.
