Advises Chainalysis’ People team and other stakeholders on global employment, compliance, and related legal matters.
What you'll do
- Advise on global employment issues and prepare and negotiate employment-related agreements.
- Support and manage internal investigations, and develop workplace and compliance policies and training.
- Coordinate with external counsel and collaborate across teams on legal and compliance matters.
