About the job
Provides technical leadership across the customer lifecycle, designing and implementing Chainalysis solutions that address customer needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead customer discovery and translate business needs into solution designs, demonstrations, and implementation plans.
- Build and guide customer-specific investigations, integrations, automation, and AI-assisted workflows; support deployment, adoption, and expansion.
- Partner with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver customer outcomes and relay product feedback.
