Security Analyst (Governance and Trust)

What you'll do

• Maintain and update customer security questionnaires, Trust Center content, and other security assurance materials.
• Audit AI agents for accuracy, reliability, and drift; update their prompts, instructions, and reference content.
• Establish and document repeatable review, versioning, and publishing processes for assurance content and AI-enabled workflows.

What they ask for

• Experience in security assurance, security operations, GRC, customer trust, or a related security function.
• Experience maintaining security questionnaires, Trust Center content, data flow diagrams, audit evidence, or other customer-facing security artifacts.
• Comfort working with AI models or AI-enabled workflows, including maintaining models or agents rather than building models from scratch.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, prompt evaluation, or similar techniques for improving AI system performance.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting customer security reviews or maintaining Trust Center and assurance content.
• Experience auditing AI agents, evaluating prompts, maintaining reference content, or working with data flow diagrams.

AI focus

Maintains, audits, and improves AI agents used in Governance and Trust workflows, including evaluating outputs and updating prompts, instructions, and reference content to prevent drift.
