About the job
Own the end-to-end Athena member experience for enterprise customers, coordinating vulnerability intake, validation, remediation, and delivery of patches and advisories across Chainguard products and teams.
What you'll do
- Set Athena member-experience strategy, roadmap, and priorities across intake, remediation, feeds, registry, console, and documentation.
- Convert customer and field input into a prioritized backlog; represent Athena to customers and internal teams.
- Align cross-functional delivery and technical tradeoffs, track member-experience metrics, flag risks, and mentor product peers.

- Working fluency in software supply chain security, including CVEs, OSV, VEX, SBOMs, provenance, and vulnerability disclosure.
