About the job
Personally leads global Director+ and executive searches, advising leaders and improving executive recruiting practices and processes.
What you'll do
- Own executive searches end to end, from scoping and sourcing through assessment and close.
- Advise executive leaders on role scope, search strategy, assessment, and compensation discussions.
- Build talent maps, search documentation, and recruiting frameworks and processes.
What they ask for
- Experience personally delivering complex, multi-source executive searches in fast-paced technology organizations, including senior technical leadership hiring.
- Track record hiring Director, VP, and/or C-level talent across multiple functions.
- Experience advising executive leaders on role scopes, search strategies, assessments, and compensation discussions.
- Experience developing executive recruiting processes, practices, and assessment frameworks adopted across an organization.
Nice to have
- Experience partnering with founders or founder-led leadership teams on executive hiring strategy.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, crypto, Capital Markets, Fitech, or another highly technical and rapidly evolving industry.
Pay
$119K - $250K (base salary)
