About the job
Own the technical direction of customer integrations with Chalk, advising on architecture and designing production-ready data and agentic solutions.
What you'll do
- Run technical discovery, advise customers on architecture and migration plans, and set standards for correctness, latency, and cost.
- Design and execute scoped proofs of concept, including agent access, evaluation, and safe operation in customers’ cloud environments.
- Coordinate with sales, delivery, account management, support, product, and engineering on customer work and technical direction.
