Applied AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Build AI systems, including model integration, inference services, evaluation pipelines, and production capabilities.
• Develop and support production software and data pipelines for model serving, monitoring, lifecycle management, and system integration.
• Evaluate and improve model reliability and performance through testing, benchmarking, robustness analysis, and optimization.

What they ask for

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BS/MS/PhD in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of professional software development experience; exceptional fresh grads welcome to apply.
• Very strong Python skills, with experience building, testing, deploying, and supporting production software and models.

Nice to have

• Experience with explainable AI, real-time digital video processing, AI agents, or productizing machine learning, LLM, computer vision, signal-processing, or autonomous systems.
• Experience in RF signal processing, drones, sensor fusion, tracking, edge deployment, or mission-critical environments.

Pay

$150k-170k USD base salary
