Own day-to-day corporate legal matters for a privately held defense technology company, including entity governance and strategic transactions, while supporting broader commercial and business needs.
What you'll do
- Manage domestic and international entity governance, records, filings, formation, restructuring, and dissolution.
- Support M&A, financing, securities, and other strategic transactions from evaluation through closing and integration.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise business stakeholders, and manage outside counsel on assigned matters.
