Build and lead the electrical engineering organization developing mission-critical electronics for RF sensors and avionics, from architecture through production and sustainment.
What you'll do
- Recruit, develop, and lead electrical engineering teams; establish hiring plans, standards, and design review practices.
- Direct program staffing, schedules, priorities, and resource allocation across hardware development programs.
- Lead electronic architecture, integration, qualification, production transition, failure investigation, and field support while contributing hands-on to critical technical work.
