About the job
Provides day-to-day legal and contracting support to the Radars and Aero business units, including negotiating agreements and advising on legal, compliance, and program risks.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, licenses, and other business agreements.
- Advise business teams on contracting, IP and data rights, export-control issues, disputes, compliance, and program risks.
- Develop contract templates and playbooks, train business teams, and coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel.

$175,000 – $225,000 USD annualized base salary
