Keeps the company’s Los Angeles-area or Washington, D.C. sites operational by handling general maintenance, room and equipment setups, moves, and minor repairs.
What you'll do
- Complete facilities work orders, minor repairs, furniture moves, and room or event setups; record work in the CMMS.
- Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and fixture repairs, and support preventive maintenance checks.
- Follow safety procedures, maintain tools and supplies, provide professional service, and escalate work requiring specialist trades.
