What you'll do
- Lead Factory Supervisors and coordinate staffing, shift coverage, assignments, and labor across production priorities.
- Manage daily execution against production schedules, tracking output, WIP, constraints, and recovery plans.
- Partner with engineering, production control, quality, and supply chain; maintain floor discipline and operating metrics.
