About the job
Own the administration, security, workflows, and ongoing improvement of Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence across commercial and FedRAMP-authorized tenants.
What you'll do
- Administer Atlassian projects, spaces, permissions, service desk workflows, and user access across both tenants.
- Build and maintain workflows and automations, and ensure controlled information stays in the authorized environment while supporting audit and compliance needs.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, standardize processes, manage integrations and changes, and maintain documentation and user training.

- Experience administering Atlassian products in a FedRAMP-authorized or other government cloud environment, or comparable experience with separate commercial and regulated tenants.

Pay
$140,000 - $200,000 USD base salary
