About the job
Manages production work-order release, scheduling, and execution flow for radar and RF manufacturing, tracking production progress and coordinating material readiness and cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Review and release complete, kitted, configuration-controlled work orders; resolve discrepancies and incorporate engineering changes.
- Manage production queues, work-in-progress, material coordination, and Line of Balance tracking against schedules and milestones.
- Report schedule performance and risks, maintain ERP/MES data integrity, and coordinate with operations, engineering, production, and inventory teams.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience managing work orders within ERP and/or MES systems; working knowledge of BOM/MBOM, routing structures, revision control, and the work-order lifecycle.
- Experience building and maintaining Line of Balance (LOB) tracking; strong analytical capability for schedule performance reporting.
- Ability to coordinate across engineering, production, and inventory teams; U.S. Citizenship (if required for program access).

USD $100,000-$135,000 base salary
