About the job
Leads the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of an autonomous Massed Modular Aircraft defense program, managing its cost, schedule, technical performance, customer relationships, and cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Own program cost, schedule, technical baselines, risks, and full program P&L across the lifecycle.
- Lead customer reviews and coordinate engineering, operations, test, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
- Oversee proposals, contract performance, testing, safety, configuration management, and program reporting.
