What you'll do
- Perform and oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections, including dimensional checks and verification against drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate daily inspection work and train or mentor inspectors; collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain inspection records and traceability, support nonconformance and corrective-action processes, and identify quality improvements.

- 5+ years of Quality Control Inspection experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or precision hardware.
- Experience leading, training, or mentoring inspectors or other manufacturing quality personnel.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T; hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments and dimensional inspection.
- Experience inspecting mechanical and electromechanical components and assemblies; knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar quality management systems, and AS9102.
Nice to have
- Experience with CMM, optical measurement systems, or other advanced inspection equipment.
- Knowledge of IPC workmanship standards, including IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620.
Pay
$48.00 - $70.00 USD per hour; base compensation only.
