Leads a team of recruiters and sourcers, partners with business leaders on hiring plans, and oversees recruiting execution, quality, and candidate experience.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of 4–6 recruiters and sourcers, coaching them on recruiting practices and performance.
- Partner with business leaders to set hiring strategies, monitor recruiting metrics, and resolve search escalations.
- Build scalable recruiting processes and use AI and automation to improve outreach, talent mapping, and reporting while checking accuracy and bias.
