Own space planning across a growing multi-site portfolio, translating workforce and program needs into space plans, forecasts, standards, and recommendations for site and buildout decisions.
What you'll do
- Maintain portfolio floor plans, occupancy data, space allocations, and planning tools; report utilization, capacity, and cost metrics.
- Forecast space needs and develop test fits, layouts, standards, and plans for offices, labs, and manufacturing areas.
- Coordinate moves and buildouts with cross-functional teams, ensure code and safety needs are addressed, and present recommendations to leaders.
What they ask for
- 8+ years in space planning, corporate real estate, workplace strategy, interior architecture, or facilities planning, including multi-site portfolio ownership.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools, and ability to read and mark up architectural and engineering drawings.

- Experience with IWMS or space management systems such as Archibus, Planon, or Tririga; occupancy sensors or booking data.
Pay
$150,000 - $200,000 USD base salary
