Owns CHAOS Industries’ corporate travel function, including the Navan platform, traveler support, duty of care, travel policy, and spend management.
What you'll do
- Administer and complete the Navan rollout; manage travel policies, workflows, vendors, reporting, and spend controls.
- Plan and support complex international travel, including disruptions, visas, entry requirements, and after-hours traveler assistance.
- Build and maintain duty-of-care processes, coordinating risk briefings and emergency response with Security and external providers.
