Technical Program Manager, Model Alignment and Deployment

What you'll do

• Plan and execute programs covering data collection, alignment workflows, safety testing, evaluation, and model serving.
• Coordinate teams and maintain roadmaps, goals, timelines, risks, and success metrics from post-training through deployment.
• Build evaluation and operational processes, monitor quality and readiness, and manage external vendors and partners.

What they ask for

• 5+ years in technical program management, research operations, or product execution in an AI, ML, or research environment.
• Deep familiarity with post-training, alignment, LLM evaluation, and model deployment or serving.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• BS in a quantitative, scientific, or technical field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, annotation platforms, ML evaluation tooling, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience managing annotation vendors or external data partners.

Pay

$220K – $260K (currency and compensation type not stated)
