Owns campus and early-career recruiting for interns and new graduates, from sourcing and university relationships through interviews, offers, and program improvement.
What you'll do
- Develop school and sourcing strategies; identify and engage student talent.
- Coordinate recruiting events and build relationships with universities, professors, and student organizations.
- Partner with Engineering on interviews, manage candidates through offers, and track recruiting channel effectiveness.
