Leads the platform engineering team responsible for the secure, reliable, and scalable technical foundations of CharterUP’s marketplace.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop infrastructure, security, site reliability, and data engineers; set expectations and support recruiting, coaching, and performance management.
- Own platform strategy and delivery, including cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, deployment systems, shared services, reliability, incident response, and cost management.
- Advance security, data capabilities, and developer productivity through security practices and tooling, governed data pipelines, self-service tools, and AI-assisted automation.
