Leads the people and operations function for a team resolving complex historical payroll issues across payrolls, tax jurisdictions, payments, and filings.
What you'll do
- Own team priorities, queue health, staffing, escalations, operating rhythm, and SLA performance.
- Manage, coach, and develop payroll operations specialists; oversee performance and career development.
- Build repeatable processes with the senior SME and coordinate cross-functional partners on complex issues.
