Own and build recruiting pipelines for Check’s high-priority roles, partnering with hiring teams to attract, assess, and close candidates.
What you'll do
- Manage pipelines for 5–10 high-priority searches, initially focusing on top-of-funnel sourcing for R&D and Operations, then expanding to full-cycle recruiting.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape roles, define hiring criteria, build interview loops, and align interview teams.
- Use Ashby’s AI-augmented recruiting tools to maintain pipeline visibility and process hygiene, and collaborate on hiring programs and reporting.
