What you'll do
- Plan and publish editorial content across Chime’s blog and website, structuring it for search and AI citations and improving conversion paths.
- Manage AI content workflows, publisher and affiliate relationships, and content reviews with Legal, Compliance, and partner banks.
- Track AI visibility, citations, rankings, traffic, and enrollments; run content experiments and report findings.

- 5+ years in editorial strategy, content strategy, or SEO content, with demonstrated growth in organic visibility, traffic, or conversions.
- Hands-on AEO/GEO knowledge, including how AI answer engines select and cite sources.
- Experience with AI content tools and workflows, and publishing in a regulated industry with legal and compliance review.
- Hands-on CMS experience and Jira or similar workflows; experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external partners.
