What you'll do
- Manage the integration readiness plan, milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination through close and post-close.
- Build combined-company financial views and KPI tracking, and incorporate the acquired business into forecasts and planning models.
- Track integration risks, decisions, synergies, and progress; support finance projects and use AI tools to automate processes and create dashboards.
