What you'll do
- Prepare and review SEC filings, financial statements, disclosures, XBRL tagging, and supporting materials.
- Own ASC 718 equity accounting and prepare statutory and regulatory financial statements and filings.
- Maintain reporting controls and policies, oversee close activities, and build scalable intercompany processes and automation.
