Provides technical leadership and builds backend APIs and services for Chime’s Trust & Safety platforms, improving member protection, reliability, and decision-making capabilities.

- Set technical direction, shape architecture, mentor engineers, and lead projects end to end.
- Build and maintain low-latency APIs and backend services; improve platform reliability and performance.
- Partner across engineering, data, analytics, and product to evolve experimentation, policy lifecycle, and ML integration.
